Tacking on announcements like the JV still waiting for ministerial approval also gets lost in this type of bolt it all together annoucement for Christmas.

I thought that ministerial approval should of happened by now as the JV structures were changed some months ago what's causing the delay IPT?

IMO they're still sitting on info as its too late to tickle ones fancy on the market what's the betting a plethora of great annoucements in Jan early Feb!
