    Not sure about manipulation, my buy order mentioned above went through today so only took 3 business days to get hit. During my time as a SGQ holder this is how it has traded after an announcement.
    That said, I don't mind some downward manipulation if it lets me scoop up some cheap stock prior to a big up tick.
