I'm thinking ASX listing rules and in particular Section 8 Continuous disclosure obligations.

My mind thinks that the whole seasons analysis is described under headings of "work in progress" and I think we will not hear much from the company. Maybe the EM will come out soonish but I think the ongoing analysis of the complete package is going to be undisclosed for a few more months.

Quarterly activity for Q4 due January 28 surely has got to tell some of the story.

By the way if results come out sooner and the SP goes up I will not be selling, I'm a greedy SOB and after holding for so long in the red I am not going to just get even I want a truck load more.
