Looking at Figure 1, the cross-section, one can see holes 1-9 and the interpreted resource lode in pink which varies in width between 2m and 100m. Now the resource lode called Sellars contains 1.6Mt at about 3.7% copper. Not one of those holes going through the Sellars resource lode has a significant interval of mineralisation. Not one of those holes has an interval which might even suggest that the resource lode is as wide as interpreted. A metre or two of sulphides adjacent to the old workings do not the resource make.
At least this time we have a cross-section to ponder, albeit a poor one. Is it a true cross-section of the orebody or an apparent one parallel to say holes 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8? It only has eastings on it which suggests an apparent section. Why is the trace of the section not shown in plan in Figure 2?
PXRF was good enough for the first release, why not for this one?
