The AR would have been as at 30 June, think they received some of the last raising money in July so not counted (and the con note money might not have been received yet either)...but regardless, they would have spent money since, so yeah I would expect a raise. Just hoping I get a chance to particpate if its at a discount, otherwise ill just buy on market anyway.
