So instead of the originally discussed terms of 3 way split of costs at around 3c shareprice.
Which would have diluted the company by around 10% and given the company a MCap of $130m- Instead we basically just sold 51% of our core technology for them to build a $35m demo plant.
They did not agree to fully fund anything else, they only agreed to fund the $35m part - so all those talking about them also fully funding the $300m... I dont think so!
Great that things are moving forward - not great that we sold it so cheap.
