Hey all,
I dont see the issue here. Firstly, we tried to get our own country to back this and quite frankly they said no at the time and might still again today because of the overall cost, we simply don't have the funds. These guys busted butt to go and find a best scenario relationship and did. Without this partner we will not be going anywhere, who would fund it?! Is it a bummer holding 49%? Sure you can think that and I was a little sadden to see it result in that too but think....49% confirmed royalties from everywhere in the world...including the country that has already confirmed they back it and would prefer it is rolled out out country wide. Those royalties alone must be great, chuck in 100% of Australia (without having cost to prove it up) and I believe we are really good shape. Game changer. Also, there MUST BE TERMS to the agreement...these terms will be what the SPV are based/governed around...should the Indian companies fail to meet terms set for the SPV, the SPV would have to be closed/dissolved. Guys, you just got guarantees and you don't see it??
I was always screaming that the real money wasn't India, it was the world, but we had to get a platform to get there. India is that platform and we get money from them using it to boot. If we continue to get royalties from India you 'downrampers' are kidding yourselves...that was the one term I was actually expecting to lose...and it seems we didn't.
Oh and those these downrampers...some are even screaming sub 1c by Xmas...but they still hold? Really...BAHAHA...give me a break, if I thought this was sub 1c by Xmas, id be gone...right now!
