Didn't need a TH IMO. The market will respond accordingly once the MPA is ACTUALLY signed., although it is good for investors to get a basic handle on how it will look on the day.
The ownership is as I realistically expected. Despite it being our tech etc India has a lot more at stake LT and that would've been the driving force behind the 49/25.5/25.5 split I think.
There's a lot of detail left out of this announcement, after all it's not the actual MPA, but I'm confident the voting rights and whatever else ppl are throwing doubt over wouldn't conflict with our managements vision.
