I think most of us already know the answer to that question. Time is our most precious commodity and the ASX obviously thinks that a nice slow suspension would of just chocked us to death slowly and surely while buying time for the own pet project to flourish (which is now also delayed) . Asic just tried to throw them a shallow bone to have some sort of thinly veiled reason for suspension although personally i think the connections between Asic and the ASX are a lot deeper. Murder investigations get solved faster.
