and that, taken collectively, these matters raised serious concerns about whether iSignthis was operating appropriate programs to manage AML and Risk.

If you can bothered to know the facts as ASIC sees them, you can read the ASIC statement of claim from page 19. It outlines the various ways in which ASIC alleges the company misled the public.

And yet with all the “Facts” , ie unusual transaction activity , suspicious merchant activity. Bad press coverage. Isignthis refusal to cooperate in risk review.

ASIC have uncovered zilch wrongdoings? With all the information and cooperation from VISA.

All that suspicious , unusual activity and not any evidence or charges.

Just litigation on a day late VISA disclosure.

And MasterCard love ISX.

That part of the SOC is just dribble.
