Impatient speculators selling expecting a flavor of the month acquisition rather than a real asset. That long section in the announcement is an extremely telling picture. My mail from the brokers is the raising was all but done pre announcement. This is going higher when market conditions aren’t a rush for liquidity. Expect a big switch from PGO into this.
