I recommended this to a mate a couple of years ago , and I just came back to look at it today .
That would have to rank up there as one of the worst presentations i have read on an ASX listed goldie, very hard to follow , seems like they have not progressed very far with the project in the last 2 years either .
Still the IRR looks great at 61% , however using a NPV 5% is too low with 1 year T bills over 2%
