    In all the time since the export ban on PB assets, I think we could assume that conversations have been had by the major players and high level politicians about offsetting NWS exporters domestic committments, with PB gas. I'm sure we'll find out soon.

    If the govt does allow it, then every PB company with reserves will become instantly much more valuable (and the big boys, and girls know this), likewise for juniors with just good ground.
    For example Chevron's domestic commitment from Gorgon is about 300Tj/d from .....

    Surely the 'rules' will eventually be made sensible (if not already) so that they could get this from PB gas leaving all of Gorgon to be exported. Likewise for every other exporter. Maybe this is why Beach is so keen?
