    Well, I don't have any thoughts apart from the obvious: They want to raise $70m on top of the existing $60m plus another $50m debt facility, making $180m all up. So they probably have plans to spend it, which is either to add more capacity in specific locations or to make an acquisition.

    I don't have the cost/MW of adding capacity in my head at the moment but gut feel suggests that $180m is quite a lot of money, so this is a potentially serious investment.

    I've always felt that NXT is the sort of stock to have in the bottom drawer because the time frames are large and the revenue whilst slow to come, is sticky. I think I have said elsewhere this is a $5 stock in a few years time, but not one to make huge bucks from day trading.
