DC's certainly seem to be flavour of the month at the moment with DCTwo just floated, AUCloud about to, both with big plans for expansion apparently, Equinix* planning a new DC in Perth, etc, etc. Only hiccup could be over supply, but that looks to be waaaaay off in to the future.
I liked this posted on the NXT thread yesterday (not sure who/what FN is):
" The FN overnight report excerpt below
”The biggest loser was NextDC ((NXT)), down -13.9%. Why anyone would think that a vaccine means we’re no longer going to all end up in the cloud I don’t know, so I’d suggest NextDC just became a funding vehicle on the day for rotation purposes”. "
Yep, we're all going to end up in the cloud, data is anyway.
