think some patience is in order, recompiling with Chapters 1 and 2 takes a lot of work. Look at ZIP -> DOU. Took them almost 10 mths to complete the transaction.
Ours are a little simpler but theres so much legal stuff to sort out with so many entities in play. Can never please share holders..
if they meet their timeframe, i would be very surprised.
