I agree. Lots of info still to come out. The mines targeted ASIC is around $950 - $1,000 per oz if you glance the FY16 & 17 financials. Don't think they would have pulled the trigger on this if it was a toss up. Unless Centennial's old FS were carrying debt off balance sheet the mine should be coming to KAU pretty unencumbered.
So much for buying & flipping this stock quickly though...could be a blessing in disguise.
