This is amazing news in my opinion. From explorer to producer.
Based on the current financials (not including scaling up current production) of the proposed acquisition this would significantly re-rate KAU something in the order of $1.00 per share.
The prospectus will obviously contain far more detail with respect to the arrangement.
But current KAU shareholders will be significantly richer when trading resumes in Dec.
