It’s way too early to definitively say whether this is a good or bad move but at face value (from a non holder) there are a few questions that come to mind.
1. What’s wrong with the existing assets/projects that necessitated this change of strategy/direction?
2. AUL walked away in Jan 2020. KAU listed in Feb 2020. So the CTL assets were on the market for a month before KAU listed. Why now?
All the best to holders but smells a bit funny.
