In youre info, it talks about 'to the satisfaction of all key stakeholders ', I wonder if that may indicate the issues and then subsequent ability for kau to purchase may have more to do with corporate structure/dynamics/problems of aul .
the projects themselves may well be very prospective.
hard to imagine kau have done this just to brighten up there day! They must see real value in it.
I guess that comes down to then, their ability ito due diligence.
has anyone got any reason as to why we shouldn't back their ability on that???? (Genuine question)
