Here is an idea.

Previous to this ann, KAU was a high risk / high reward, one trick pony.

As shareholders, we can simply use that acquisition and the associated vote as a hedge against the current drilling campaign.

If our drilling at Stuart town is successful and we strike economic high-grade gold, there's an obvious incentive to vote against the acquisition.
Our financial interest would be to make sure we don't issue shares and keep this very tight register to make the most of the exploration upside.

If the campaign is a duster or has little to be excited about, voting for the acquisition will provide a focus shift and act as a floor, minimizing the downside.

Having the money locked is frustrating but a lot can happen in 3 months and there will be a way for us to benefit from this.
