True, but even if they are (from my understanding) the OT agreements are a black box, due to the callous nature of current suppler Sinomine.
Sure LPD will be sitting at the table negotiating with the OT'ers but so will Traxys, our trading partner.
So by having this arrangement with Traxys, LPD and the OT'ers effectively can use the process to obfuscate their identity from anyone who is looking in to see who the partners are.
Kudos JW for setting the process up this way.
