I don't believe anyone is minimising it's significance, the deal is going "as quoted" but where are the flow on deals, the additional revenue, the new partnerships, all that was hinted at or said to be in the works?
An announcement that they are invoicing/fulfilling an invoice for a deal that has been inked isn't big news and regardless of rampers on either end of the argument, which is why the SP and volume hasn't spiked today.
What does any of this have to do with independent research?
Who said they are anti-research?
When was the spark deal accepted by anyone as fallen through?
