The Varm Cosmo update is BS.
November last year they updated:
CosmoMGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: MXC or “the Company”)confirmsformal legalproceedings has recentlycommenced in the United Kingdomagainst VarmCosmoCo., Ltd.
Now they suddenly filed for arbitration. Two sides have to agree to arbitration. Never have they mentioned that Varm Cosmo has agreed to it.
They were supposed to sue for loss of income, which was supposed to be a minimum of 40 million dollar per year.
I don't believe they filed and in any case nothing will come out of this.
