C'mon Learner - you know that in commercial matters, arbitration is normal. Try SIAC in Singapore and see how many international commercial cases go through there - London is the second big centre for commercial arbitration. Arbitration is taking legal action through an arbitration court with magistrates and lawyers.
The $40 covered all 5 contracts - the first one of $4mil was the only one signed. That can be the only one MXC can seek redress on.
