I honestly don't know why people are still banging on and on and on about this VC rubbish. No amount of opinions on HC will change anything. It's boring and repetitive now. We all know about it, we don't need to know about it again and again.
The only thing relevant 'NOW' is the legal case and they can't comment until it's done anyway. It's that simple.
