You are right. Some simple web searches made me realize that the company was new, with their young graphic artist as the CEO, with an insignificant office and with no previous sales.
None of their people had a LinkedIn profile.
No serious company, or sane person would commit its company to a production line of $40 million annually to a company like that.
There was nothing extraordinary smart about my conclusions. The difference between me and those that attacked those conclusions was that I was willing to face those conclusions and not invent reasons and excuses for the above mentioned problems. I make those mistakes myself as well sometimes.
