Saying "the board effectively entered into an arrangement knowing that VC did not have the commercial grunt to perform on the contract" is the definition of a conspiracy theory! What evidence, not speculation do you have to support that? You are essentially accusing them of acting dishonestly (and for what benefit exactly, like ending up in court proceedings - great outcome huh?) or worse fraudulently. Like I said I blame Trump and Facebook for normalising this BS ;-) Hilarious and disturbing all at the same time...
