@ITGUY84 - good synopsis, I've never posted but felt the need here, I fell into this stock early and should have sold the lot! very much in the red with whats left .. shambolic to say the least, they must have gone through 8 iterations of their business plan over the last 5 years, that is if they had/have one.
Least not forget that in July 23 they found a buyer for their 'non-core' Modular assets at $3million to focus on 'cloud micro-services'! only for this to fall through in Dec 23. Now in May 24 the Cloud Micro-services' are effectively gone.. bizzare.
Let's hope they can find a buyer for the Modular Assets, even at a fraction of the $3M.
At a market cap of circa $4M, it would appear the sale of these two 'non-core' assets might move the needle a touch.
