I’ve a suspicion the only order to be contracted to defence there are hoops to jump through, potentially having these assets and data is inhibiting a defence contract? This may be quite an ignorant answer, but given the seeking requirement of fast cash over recurring annual revenue, could be the play?
Also hence why there may have been a leaky ship in regards to the Ann. The market doesn’t usually get it that wrong, unless there is blatantly illegal market manipulation happening…
