I'm saying they should just have raised the money for the Mt Lyell option, ie $15 mill at 15.5c or whatever if they only had a short window to act. Then wait a quarter or 2 or, presumably good production numbers, by which time the sp would be in the 20's at least and then raise more then so give less dilution.
