The 15k is merely referring to the cap raise where he participated in at 1.1c. The correction is to remove the Mather foundation from his list of interests...possibly because it insinuates he profits from the foundation which it is stating he does not....so legally he should remove it from the list interests to avoid scrutiny in terms of profiting from a charitable foundation.
