Another consideration I suppose is how much has been saved or to put another way what value in less dilution or debt is the benefit of only spending $30 million to have an operating plant that has a replacement cost of $175 million. Even if we have to spend another $10 or $20 to have it running perfectly that would only require a CR of say 30 million shares. Puts us just over 300 million which is fantastic.
BDR is encumbered with over a billion making it hard to bust 40 cents.
