Yep, that's a big box ticked. I suspect the market has been waiting for this announcement. Regulatory risk removed and this will trigger the 2nd tranche of Orion debt facility which (combined with the recent CR) also removes any doubts about the companies ability to finance the restart of production.
Should be a big day !
