Obviously the 6M oz number needs to be discounted quite significantly.
If we end-up with a reserve of 700,000 oz - 1M oz, then that is a different story all together.
You then need to discount quite significantly the balance of the resource.
Even if they produce only 500,000 oz, then I do not see debt as a major problem.
While I feel Bryan Dickson has done a good job to date, I feel that the share price and management got ahead of themselves based on the reserve vs resource numbers.
Management simply have to not worry about the short-term share price and just produce 25,000 oz per quarter.
The rest will take care of its self.
It will be interesting to see how much cash will be left in the tin as of 31/12/2016.
