What's abundantly clear is that martis was spot on. So all the others that had their 5 cents worth of rubbish can take a small leap of a large building.

There are clearly some issues with the underground but remedial action is being taken. Not the end of the world. SP will suffer obviously in the short term until management get their stuff together, but it's not a show stopper by any stretch.
