I agree with this....the main concern being the deal for existing shareholders. Although it must be tempting, there's no real logic for diluting them out of sight otherwise who's going to participate in the entitlement offer? The refinancing needs to take the gun off the table and give existing investors some hope....otherwise it's a very short term solution...
