The equation is pretty simple here: The shares will go up when the orders start coming in. If the best they can offer is a $1m order with Aramco then the best we can hope for is sideways. It's been almost six months since the cap raise when they indicated outstanding bids of ~$90m with most of those to be settled in the next 6 months. Aside from a couple of piecemeal orders it has been crickets since then. The SP reflects that.
