It's amazing that in this gold market when pretty much every Goldie raise is oversubscribed, the company has to shuffle money between obvious conflicted interests and couldn't even generate any interest from bonafide investors.
Either the board has executed this for purely self interest or the investor market has so little trust in the existing management that even in this market they wouldn't touch it.
