Glossy you continue to harp on about the dilution...the dilution has been minimal, in fact it has been the opposite
Some facts with the Tripp deal;

• 5 days before the Tripp announcement TH the SP closed at 69c
• Those five days leading up to the TH, the SP increased by 25% to 86c, no doubt that the Tripp news had leaked out.
• Tripp invests $25M into BET at 70c/share
• Investors contribute another $50M also at 70c/share
• BET has $110M in cash
• SP has increased from when Tripp deal was leaked out by 34%
• Additional number of shares added to BETs holding is increased by 11% (includes the $50M of investors @ 70c)

I will take 11% dilution to BET's share register for a 34% increase in the SP any day - bring on dilution through Matt Tripp.

Also when Tripp is issued 35 million shares for bringing a deal to BET that sees a 10% or more increase in company revenue.
The SP of BET will increase by 5% on top of the dilution of his extra 35M shares added to the register. The bigger the deal the bigger the SP increase even with Tripps free shares.
