There is another possibility and that is the next announcement we get is an extension to convert the piggyback options. This will be a positive announcement on its own IMO as it will indicate that positive news is on the horizon.
CCO is operating very methodically of late. The last two appointments would suggest that overall business is well, and announcements are brewing.
