    I actually couldn't find any announcement that granted a 7 years extension to 51906. If this is true then we should be looking at Nov 16 instead of Nov 14.

    The permit 51906 was granted in Nov 2009 for 5 years and within the 60 months they must either drill a well or give up the entire permit. Nothing mention about the option that they can relinquish 25% of 51906
