Disappointing result so far but that is how it is in the oil exploration game.With 480 million shares issued in PKO OXX will have to issue about 24 million if the share price of OXX is 20c.I think about half of the new shares will go to the Albers group so there would be 12 million in the hands of the public which might help the liquidity.
