MATURITY: AKC: Auckland Council Bond (AKC040) Maturity

Auckland Council's bond (AKC040) will mature on the scheduled maturity date
of Tuesday 15 September 2015, with the principal repayment and final interest
payment being made on this day.

The Principal Amount repayment will occur in accordance with written
instructions of the Holders appearing in the Register held by Computershare
on the record date.

The last day of trading in AKC040 bonds will be Tuesday 1 September 2015. A
trading halt will be implemented at close of business to remain in place
until the maturity date.
