Hey Cophot. I don’t believe there is anything to worry about with LRS shares. My issue is that when they are cash raising for LRS, we loyal shareholders never get a look in, they offer cheap shares to institutional investors and we miss out. Now they are trying to spin off Maverick and my guess is that no one wants to touch it, so now they want us shareholders to buy in. But this is all just my uneducated opinion perhaps supported by the fact that this seemingly small IPO can’t get off the ground, with the offer being extended.
