I do not expect Directors have acted badly or in a way that could lead to action.
The reserves report issues raise a question IMO about the those responsible for it and who supported it. I think this may not be all Directors. It may be only one. And it may be senior management.
I am feeling very disappointed. The share price today says it is worth its cash plus less tan $50m of oil.
