Looks like it. they said yesterday they would make an announcement regarding a distribution. Now they announce another sale today, I think the reason they havent already announced a distribution is that they will sell everything and make one payment and finalise all in one go.
My guess is 42 cents. They dropped 1/4 cent on the NTA from todays announcement.
They only have the Qantas loans left. Wont be long now. Has been a long ride since mid 2009 for me anyway
