yes it does seem to be odd that the upside seems 2.5 c and yet that is where the buyers were - they must have some inside knowledge otherwise that price does not make sense! considering the uncertainty in amount and timing where is the margin for risk?
anyway, we will have to wait and see, but i think this could take quite a few months.
