The announcement states that AGN are currently undertaking pathology assessments and safety studies required for ethics submission. The deadline for submission to the May ethics committee meeting has now passed and the earliest meeting they can get into is the June meeting, meaning ethics approval 20 days after that. If the remaining assessments, studies and submission preparation take longer than 4 weeks then I think they'll be submitted to the July meeting. Potentially they then need to go to Governance Approval which can take a further 4-6 weeks.
