    Agreed, on conventional metrics we are hugely undervalued. The issues are (i) most investors are totally disinterested in gold and nickel at the moment (ii) the Li project is in its infancy (iii) the gold/nickel projects currently lack the critical mass to be stand-alone developments and (iv) MXR has a very low profile with investors.

    Having said this, IMO Wattle Dam is under-appreciated by the market (it already has a 250k Au resource at 1.45 g/tonne and is strategically located close to existing mills and close to AAR's Au resource. Similarly, the Ni assets are under-appreciated (MXR's tenements are located in the Kambalda region, which is one of the most prospective Ni sulphide regions in WA.

    Re the Li, time will tell but other co's have identified significant Li resources in the region. Basically, IMO the whole region rates as an "A" when it comes to mineral prospectivity. I've been accumulating at the current price as IMO over time the value of MXR's assets will be better recognized by the market.
